Pippa qualified as a Clinical Nutritionist in 1996 at the Institute of Optimum Nutrition (I.O.N.) in London when Patrick Holford and Kate Neil were at the helm.

Since then she has qualified in a number of other areas to help support her nutritional clients.

Pippa is trained to identify nutritionally related health problems and aims to correct them.

Pippa designs individual nutritional programmes that help her clients to maximize their full potential. The major emphasis is on helping clients to change their diet and lifestyle habits that predispose them to the major degenerative diseases.

There has been a lot of concern about the ever rising Obesity Crisis and in response Pippa runs regular weight loss groups with a view to re-educating people about their diets and lifestyles and helps them to manage their weight.

Continued development:
To help clients better achieve their goals Pippa embarked on a Teacher Training course through Canterbury Christchurch University in September 2017.
Pippa started an advanced Hypnotherapy and Psychology course in 2018 to further enhance her Hypnotherapy Practice.
Pippa has published workbooks, recipe books and progress diary's to further support her clients.
Pippa is married with 2 children.
